We expanded admin controls for Enterprise workspaces. Here is a summary of what changed:

Access and invitations: Admins can now control who creates public invite links, restrict sub-workspace access to admins only, and set default sharing permissions for new videos, assets, and projects.

Video distribution: New controls for video downloads, public publishing, and social sharing. Each can be set to all members, admins only, or no one. Social sharing permissions are nested under public publishing.

Feature settings: Admins can restrict custom avatar creation, AI-generated avatar creation, public avatar availability, and Brand Kit creation.

Members tab: Added member search, active/pending member filtering, and the ability to export member status lists.

Sub-workspace management: Refreshed UI for billing setup, cleaner management of avatar slots, generative credits, and API credits, and pagination for large member lists.

All changes apply going forward and will not affect existing access, invite links, downloads, or shares. Available on the Enterprise plan.
